How do I sign up to your mailing list?
To sign up for updates, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will find a bar where above it is indicated "Subscribe for updates". Simply fill in your preferred e-mail address, click "Go", and you're all set to receive our latest news and promotions!

Is there a French version of this site?
Yes! We have a fully functioning French version of MIRVIK.com. At the top right of any page, next to your cart, is a link that will direct you to our French website.

Is there a minimum I have to order?
The minimum order is 12 pieces per artwork. Price discounts are based on volume. The more units you buy, the less expensive it will be per piece.

Can I get samples?
Blank samples are generally used for sizing and quality purposes. If your team or organization requires samples, we can arrange to send those to you for a small charge along with shipping costs. Please call one of our customer care representatives at customercare@mirvik.com to place an order for your samples.

Do I have to pay more for 2XL, 3XL and 4XL?
There is a slight up-charge for some of the larger sizes. For 2XL it’s $1.00, for 3XL it’s $1.50 and for 4XL it’s $2.00.


ORDERING/RETURN


Can I make changes to my order?
Once production has been scheduled, no changes can be made to your order. To check the status of your order and make change, please email one of our friendly customer care representatives at customercare@mirvik.com. They will be happy to assist you.

Is there a discount if I order a large quantity?
Discounts increase as you order more units. It applies to your order as you key in the units. If you are ordering more than 150 pieces per style, you can email one of our sales agents to get a volume quote at customercare@mirvik.com. For any special requests, please write us your needs in the notes section and we will try our best to achieve your requests.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept the 2 major credit cards; VISA and MASTERCARD. We also accept Pay Pal. Please note that your order will not be scheduled until full payment is processed and received.

What is the return policy?
Due to the customized nature of MIRVIK products all orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If you receive your order and notice there is a defect or it is an incorrect artwork or order, please email us right away at customercare@mirvik.com to make a claim. You have 10 days from the date you receive your goods to notify us of any issue. Minor variances in quality or coloration are standard from production run to production run and will not be considered defects. Exact garment and print colors cannot be guaranteed. It is highly recommended that any returns you make are made in the same packaging they were received in.
